I first started yoga a few years ago to help relieve some of my stress. It worked, and I fell in love with it. I later decided that I wanted to pass this love on. Yoga means union. It is a union of the body, mind, spirit, and breathing, and that is exactly what it means to me. Bringing all these different aspects of self into one aspect of being. I went to a Sivananda Yoga Ashram to do my teacher training course where I learned all different levels of courses that I could teach. One of my main teaching is adapt, adjust and accommodate. I can use this module for any student to maximize their practices. I’m practiced in aligning cakras, proper breathing and meditation, and many other physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. I have been trained to teach and accommodate yoga to all age groups, pregnant women, and elderly. Peace is something that I feel is too foreign to the world nowadays, and knowing that learning yoga as helped me find it within myself I am hoping that though my practice I can inspire others to find their own peace as well. Om Santi
