I have always had an interest in a holistic study of wellness and is an advocate for an active lifestyle. I was naturally drawn to yoga after studying dance for many years. In 2012 she completed to 200 hour RYT Hatha Yoga training through Sattva Yoga and has been teaching ever since. She loves learning about the mental and physical benefits of yoga and sharing that knowledge with her fellow yogis!
