My yoga instruction focuses on Restorative Yoga, the slowest and sweetest form of yoga, where a selection of floor-based yoga poses are held for 3-10 minutes using comfy bolsters, squishy pillows and blankets for support. Long holds encourage the body to let go, the breath to deepen and lengthen, and the mind to refresh and reboot. Aaahhh, bliss!
