Bronwyn Davies-Mason

A certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, Bronwyn Davies-Mason believes in helping students to find joy and peace through yoga. Bronwyn first discovered yoga as a teenager,when she found that it helped to give her inner peace and confidence. She continued to deepen her practice while studying music at Bennington College in Vermont. She found yoga to be a good complement for her work as a violinist and singer. In 2008 she attended the month long teacher training intensive at Kripalu Institute in Massachusetts. She studied with Priti Robyn Ross and Rudy Pierce, also taking courses with Stephen Cope and Devarshi Steven Hartman. Upon completion, she received her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate. Bronwyn has taught in a number of venues in Nashville, including Kali Yuga Yoga, East Park Community Center and the YMCA. She has taught Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal and Family Yoga. She also continues to play and teach music, and finds an important connection between the practice and teaching of yoga and that of music.
