“Yoga class with Cache can be compared to the weaving of a tapestry on a loom, weft and warp integrated: colors both muted and bright, textures all varied. Cache holds the shuttle as she holds the space in the studio- deftly and with mindful awareness for the many variations that present in the course of her weaving together a class experience. Cache works with many colorful threads: her years of training and teaching experience, her recognition of the diversity of her student needs, her down to earth humor and playfulness and her clear and deep reverence and connection to living her yoga. Cache embodies the spirit of Yoga, and this weaving together creates a rich and vibrant tapestry for all to benefit from as they grow their own practice.” Britt M. NY
