With strong beliefs in the healing power of nature and its all encompassing aspects of body, mind and spirit, it is of utmost importance for me to share how Yoga aligns with healing ourselves and consequently see this ripple to the external environment. Having explored the body through rhythmic gymnastics and visual arts, as well as delving deeper into spiritual practice, taking me on many travels around the world, Yoga has been a constant thread throughout.
Having been fortunate enough to find a true traditional style of Yoga asana practice having trained with Shantarasa, naturally I teach a Hatha.
Predominately focused on the breath, allowing movement to stem from applying the least force necessary, classes are typically gentle and mind-body-breath awareness based.
