“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.” – Rumi
To me, yoga isn’t about contorting yourself into some human pretzel, it’s about exploring your limits, and working within that area.
I developed my passion for yoga when I took my first class at sixteen. At the time, I had no idea where yoga would lead me, but I had an itch to know more and deepen my practice. At nineteen, I had the chance to do a teacher training and jumped at the opportunity.
Yoga has taught me many things throughout the years, and it has shaped me into the person I am today. I continue to learn something new every day, from both students and teachers, and I’m truly grateful that I’m able to share yoga with others.
