Calie is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who completed her teacher training through Yoga Works. She is also a Certified Nutritional Coach through Precision Nutrition.
Originally a dancer, movement and healthy eating have always been a passion for Calie. However, she spent 15 years working as a Graphic designer and Art Director. Sitting at computer all day started to wreak havoc on her well being, mentally and physically. This havoc is what led her back to movement in a yoga class and she quickly fell in love with the practice.
She now teaches Vinyasa Flow and Power Flow classes. Her classes focus on strengthening and building muscle, awakening flexibility, and calming the ever busy mind.
