Her teaching style is based around Classical Hatha Yoga, the most traditional form of yoga, incorporating Pranayama (breathing) and Meditation practices
Her supportive, open and inclusive approach guides students through the poses with demonstration and adjustment to ensure each student can learn yoga to suit their body and get the best from their practice
Calli runs Yoga Box and teaches regular classes at the Studio as well as teaching in local schools and nurseries
Her studies and experience include Classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pre Natal, Post Natal, Children's Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Private Classes and Wellness Coaching.
