From a young age, Cameron was immersed in a competitive environment focusing primarily on his athletic performance as a baseball player. He began practicing yoga almost a decade ago with the desire to improve his athletic performance. Initially, Cameron’s practice began to increase his mobility, but quickly realized the benefits extended far beyond the physical body. Today, he continues to practice regularly as he finds it has a tremendous calming effect on that mind that allows balance to be brought into his life. It is Cameron’s sincerest desire to introduce yoga in a playful, and supportive environment that will allow others to experience some of the many benefits he has personally discovered.
