Yoga is experimenting with mind, body and breath. Its a way of calming the mind and awakening the body through the practice of poses, breathwork and meditation. Yoga is finding the balance between moving in stilness and stilness in movement, getting to know yourself better and make you smile from within.

I teach childrens, family and beginners yoga - and i LOVE it :)
