I offer a combination of Personal Training & Yoga - one on one, group or corporate sessions – either outdoors, at my home studio, or I can come to you so that you are in the comfort of your own home! If you have a group of friends or work colleagues that want to train together, if you prefer either yoga or PT only, or if you are home with children and don’t have a babysitter, it’s no problem.
My personalised training programs (and heart rate monitoring) will ensure that the body isn’t placed under unnecessary stress while still allowing adaptations to occur according to your personal fitness goals. My Yoga, Self-Myofascial Release and Mobility sessions will not only improve postural strength and range of motion, it will also help balance the connection between the mind, body and soul.
