Candy has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and is an E-RYT-200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours of teaching). Most of her classes are are a somewhat gentler Vinyasa /Flow. She also teaches Yin Yoga. All incorporate pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses) and mindfulness. Candy treasures the numerous friendships forged with students over the years. One of her greatest joys is witnessing the blossoming of a student as he/she experiences the "ah ha" moment, learning that yoga offers far more than simply exercise. Yoga can indeed offer bliss.
