Cara-Lynne first fell in love with yoga in 1998 when she joined a class as a form of stress relief and found it gave her so much more. Inspired by some extraordinary teachers she completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2009. "My love of yoga deepened with the birth of my son and I developed the utmost respect for what yoga can give to pregnant women." Cara-Lynne has since completed Therapeutic Yoga Specialist and Prenatal Yoga Specialist training. She believes that through yoga, everyone can find strength, balance and inner peace both on and off the mat.
