Teaching yoga from personal experiences as a parent, spouse, artist, personal trainer, and pilates instructor, Carle empowers students with tools to reconnect with the body. Once this connection is made, students learn how to find the true edge of their abilities. Appreciation is gained for individuality in practice, and laughter, exploration and concentration is encouraged as we strive to find peace, not perfection in our lives.
E-RYT 200 & RYT-500 Carle teaches a variety of yoga, from Yin Yoga to Vinyasa, workshops and Yoga Teacher Trainings at Life Power Yoga through Life Time Fitness at Easton Town Center where Carle is the Yoga Coordinator. Carle has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 9 years, Carle uses the combination of her skills to create a balanced approach to a healthy life.
