Carly strives to create space for connection, celebration, instrospection, and exploration in everyday life, and she brings that spirit into her joyful and creative yoga classes. She first fell in love with yoga at the age of 15 and heard the call to become a yoga teacher at 17. That passion became a career as a Yoga Alliance E-RYT (Experienced Yoga Teacher), Continuing Education Provider, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor.
To Carly, yoga is not about striving for a perfect pose. Its about loving your body enough to care for it, tune into its messages, and be kind to yourself through the process. Off the mat, Carly loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, getting into nature, seeking new experiences, and losing herself in a good book.
