I am a movement enthusiast! I love to incorporate a functional flow in my classes to unlock tension and tightness. Breathing is the essence of yoga practice and by learning to use the breath in your movement you will experience new levels of freedom within your body.
My specialty areas are flow and beginner yoga, stretch therapy and teaching yoga to children and teenagers. In addition I teach pranayama and meditation. Group, private, corporate and schools are welcome to enquire for availability.
