After working in the corporate world for 15+years I was inspired to change the direction of my life by 180 degrees. In 2013 I completed a YOGA Teacher Training Course in London and in 2015 I successfully completed the Advanced YOGA Teacher Training Course in the Himalayas of India. Both courses were taken under the guidance of the Swamis of the International Yoga Sivananda Vedanta Centres and since then I have mainly been teaching Yoga at the Yoga Sivananda Centre in London. However, I have been practising Yoga since I was a teenager.
The physical and mental health benefits I have experienced through yoga have been rewarding and life changing. My desire and objective is to share this experience with other people in a safe, friendly and energised environment with a sense of fun and enjoyment. The classes help to build strength, stamina and mental clarity, focusing on relaxation, stretching and breathing, thus leaving participants feeling relaxed yet invigorated on conclusion of the class
