A dancer in my early years I started practicing yoga as a method of self healing a back injury. I have been practicing and teaching actively since 1987. I taught at Kundalini Yoga East in NYC for 10 years as well throughout NY city before moving to MN. I have my own beautiful studio and am able to teach about 4 yoga classes a week. Today my classes are a reflection of studying with many teachers, and many forms, but always maintaining my Kundalini background.
