I have been teaching pilates matwork and dance for the past 16 years. Started the Sivananda yoga (Classical Hatha Yoga) practice to balance my body from the impact of intensive dance routines. I explored several yoga styles but it was Sivananda style that allow my body and breath to be more in sync. This led to much tranquility in the mind and increased prana (energy) in the body. I have been teaching Yoga for the past 4 years. Besides Singapore, I had taught in Portugal, Bali and India. Very comfortable with students of different age groups and nationalities. Om
