I enjoy sharing yoga with others and providing a space for relaxing and challenging the body/mind/spirit connection. Classes include centering, breathwork, active poses, twists, inversions, and alignment ques. Classes allow an opportunity for some personal introspection and exploration, while toning the body, and bringing about awareness of subtle energies that lie just below the surface of our awareness. I keep learning more about yoga everyday and want to share that with participants in my classes.
