Carol has been practising yoga for more than 17 years and has completed over 200 hours of training in the Hatha tradition.
Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga combines postures with conscious breathing and focus to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and a sense of well being to the student.
Having found her path she successfully completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2012, since then she has been teaching various classes and workshops in and around Dundrum, County Down.
Full of enthusiasm for yoga, she continues to explore and apply her holistic approach in her teaching and furthering her own practice by attending many different classes and workshops. Carol’s teaching is characterized by correct alignment and attention to detail. She believes that these key aspects will lead to a sustainable, integrated and injury free practice. Her classes will help build strength, stamina and flexibility.
