I have been a fitness professional, teaching aerobics , sculpting, step, slide, urban rebounding, water aerobics, watsu, dance, Pilates, and just about every fitness trend , since 1977! Teaching and motivating people to live healthier lives has been my life's work.
I started my yoga practice in 2005. It was a natural extension of my journey in health & fitness. As I aged, and the population, we needed somethings gentler as well as spiritual . Yoga is for everybody and connects the mind, body & spirit beautifuly .
