Hi, I am a fully qualified Personal trainer and have 20 years gym experience. I have also taught Body Balance for 13 years which is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. I then went on and got my degree for Hatha Yoga. So this class I am teaching is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates and Strength Training. I have recently moved from Perth to the sunshine coast and am looking for many different avenues of employment in the fitness industry, this is where I begin.
