I have always had a passion for health and fitness. While working full time at a corporate job I also taught various Group Fitness classes in the evenings for over 20 years. I had the opportunity to create a Wellness Program and became the Wellness Coordinator at a nationally known corporation.
When teaching Group Fitness, yoga came into the picture and I was hooked. “Yoga can be whatever you need it to be. You can clear your mind, ease pain, sleep better, and get stronger!”
Now available for Private sessions evenings and weekends. Recently trained with Wall Yoga! Using Yoga, Pilates, Fascia release, meditation, whatever your goals are your program can be as unique as you are. Support, guidance, and encouragement is what you deserve and what I strive to offer.
