Ive been teaching since 2015 in several locations, diferent places with amazing different students and teacher. My classes are focus in the classic teachings of Yoga and with strong style in Hatha and Iyengar teachings. I love how Iyengar teaches and gives his cues for good alignment into each asana. So I tried to devotely teach with the best alignment for you to get in into the asana more easily and freely. I always complement with breathing exercises - pranayama to help you reach to a more steady mind and be able to enjoy better your yoga practice!
