My classes enable each student to challenge their own physical and mental limits, developing strength, flexibility, awareness and balance.
My influences include Quantum Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Ashtanga, Yoga Medicine, Kundalini and Hatha yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years, teaching in Tulum, Mexico, the UK and Europe.
I love yoga because it gives me a sense of wellbeing and focus in my life. I want everyone to enjoy it too.
