Following more than 20 years in education and 20 years raising her two sons, Caroline was drawn to yoga during a transitionary time in her life. She began a disciplined yoga practice 6 years ago and was immediately captivated by it physical as well as mental benefits.

A long time athlete, Caroline was impressed to find how yoga transformed her body into its best ever physical shape, while also guiding her mentally to be more focused, settled and happier than ever. Through yoga, Caroline discovered a new depth to her capacity to be present and available to others, and knew then that the transformation aspects of Yoga was something she wanted to share with others.

Caroline fully believes in the power of yoga and how it can reshape the mind and body. To be able to share Yoga's powerful benefits with students is the best teaching experience she could ever imagine. Join her at one of her regularly scheduled classes, find when she is teaching extra classes or contact her for private instruction or special events.
