I practice both Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga regularly and I believe that the two styles complement each other beautifully. I try to incorporate the detail and alignment of Iyengar Yoga and the dynamic linking of movement and breath of Ashtanga into my teaching and cater for all levels. I also love to practice and teach restorative yoga and feel that this has real value for people who might be suffering from stress related illness. I am also very interested in the practice of yoga for the management of chronic pain.
