Classes with me are about looking after your body and reducing physical and mental stress. We breathe, stretch, strengthen and deeply relax.
I combine breathing techniques with flowing movements, safely aligned yoga postures and pilates exercises to create a holistic session in which we intelligently mobilise, strengthen and stretch the body, take the mind away from “to do” lists and allow space to relax, restore and re-energise.
