If there was a way that I could teach every single person in the world about the benefits of yoga I WOULD!!!! Yoga has been integral in my life in helping me deal with chronic pain associated with arthritis ..... yes, I have a fun type of arthritis called Ankylosing Spondilitis. It's an autoimmune disorder so I am also keenly aware of the relationship between stress & our physical health.
My teaching style reflects these experiences ensuring that classes are both calming & nurturing while providing appropriate physical challenges.
