I like to think of myself as a teacher of movement not just Yoga. I teach just about everything and I'm passionate about it all! My classes are taught much like a workshop. I love to break poses down into little parts so that the body can experience their energetic connections. I enjoy blending various movement therapies, such as Somatics, into my classes to encourage these connections. The clients I work with have a wide range of physical abilities. There is no greater reward than sharing the excitement of a first time handstand or in the relief of someone who has been in chronic pain for years and that pain is gone.
