My ideal clients are those who are stressed, at their wits end and are ready for change now! Private yoga sessions may be offered in a chair or on the mat, via Skype, Facetime, phone or right here in my cozy studio.
Many of my clients are recovering from injury, seeking natural pain management, recovering from trauma, insomnia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, or want to manage high- blood pressure and other stress-induced symptoms. With a heavy focus on breath work (pranyama,) clients discover a way to empty the mind, open their heart, and calm the body.
