I started yoga originally to assist with my dance training but soon fell in love with yoga all on its own. Having taught swimming and dance for years, transferring into teaching yoga was a natural progression.

I teach a range of different classes from vinyasa, alignment flow, slow flow and yin, to barre (combination of ballet, pilates and yoga).

My classes are all about mindset, movement and energy, then enjoying the release and peace that comes with a well-earned savasana or meditation at the end.
