I started yoga originally to assist with my dance training but soon fell in love with yoga all on its own. Having taught swimming and dance for years, transferring into teaching yoga was a natural progression.

I teach a range of different classes from Vinyasa or Power flow yoga, to hot yoga, to barre (combination of ballet, pilates and yoga).

My classes are all about excellent technique and challenging yourself, then enjoying the release and peace that comes with a well-earned savasana or meditation at the end.
