My name is Casey, I have passions for yoga, optimism, and the outdoors. I have always been an active soul, dancing and running growing up and eventually injuring myself, tearing my ACL and meniscus, initiating from a skateboarding injury. Yoga has helped me to rehabilitate my knee and learn so much about how the human body works! I have become impassioned by the practice and all things yoga. I love working on flying and balancing poses. I received my yoga teacher training certification from Back Bay Yoga in Boston. I have also been trained in Hip Hop Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage.
