Casey is registered and insured with the UK Yoga Alliance and received her 300 hour training certification from Yogadarshanam Mysore, India whilst living in the Middle East. Casey’s classes focus on a combination of authentic Hatha Yoga and Flow with an emphasis on core strengthening. She’s not shy about making you sweat whilst also making you smile and her classes leave you feeling the benefits to your physical body whilst your mind is calm, relaxed and refreshed. Her classes also focus on the key benefits of each posture as you move through your practice one step at a time.
Casey believes that everyone can benefit from yoga and prides herself on creating a warm and friendly atmosphere where it is possible to escape the stresses and challenges of everyday life in a safe and welcoming environment.
Additionally, Casey is trained in the Yoga Bananas® Technique and a qualified children’s yoga teacher for 3-11 year olds. She has also completed the Hotpod Yoga Teacher Training programme and worked with Nicola Batten to help launch Hotpod Yoga in Saffron Walden.
Casey teaches Yoga Core, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Beginners Hatha Yoga and Gentle Yoga. Casey teaches morning and lunchtime classes throughout the week and also on Monday & Tuesday evenings.
