All beautiful expecting mama's are invited to come flow with me. We will work through a series of meditations, standing poses, balancing, stretching and pelvic floor exercises to get you geared for pregnancy.
This class focuses on the connective tissues of the body. A Yin class is perfect for those who are tired and over-stimulated. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes on the floor, passively and props are always available. This practice works deep into the hips, inner thighs, pelvis and lower spine, helping relax the muscles which in turn, calms the mind.
