The classes I teach have Asana, Pranayama, and Ayurvedic principals incorporated into a 1.5 hour class. I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 21 years and teaching for 17 years with over 3,250+ hours teaching. I attend several Yoga workshops annually with senior level teachers. I am a certified Yoga teacher and registered with Yoga Alliance, RYT 500 and E-RYT 200 . I am also a registered "Advanced Relax and Renew Trainer" with Judith H. Lasater.
