Cat first discovered yoga over ten years ago and has been practicing with joy ever since.
The benefits of yoga are well documented, it has an incredible potential to enhance many aspects of our lives and Cat believes in making yoga accessible and sustainable for all who choose to do it.
She teaches with warmth, kindness and clarity, bringing attention to alignment and a focus on the breath.
Her classes draw on and are influenced by her own personal practices of Astanga yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Cat is a qualified, Yoga Alliance registered instructor. She undertook her training with Yoga London and continues to practice and study, bringing new insights to her teaching and sharing her experiences with her students.
