I'm a mum and a registered nurse. I've been working in teaching hospitals for 30 years, practicing yoga for a little over a decade & teaching for about half that time.
While yoga has enhanced my practice as a health care worker, my understanding of physiology brings intelligence to every aspect of my yoga practice.
