I teach weekly Hatha yoga classes for mixed levels, and chair yoga for seniors. Modifications are given to accommodate all body types. Classes range from a flow class to focusing on different parts of the body or specific asana. Yoga therapy is also infused into aspects of the classes. Philosophically, more important than "doing" the asana, is "being" in the asana. In the words of Iyengar, "The study of asana is not about mastering posture. It’s about using posture to understand and transform yourself."
