I'm a 200 Hour Certified Yoga & Meditation instructor experienced in Hatha, Yin/Restorative, Prenatal, Trauma and Wounded Warriors training. Sessions are offered either as a group or solo in a private, relaxing atmosphere. I am also a speaker on the benefits of yoga and meditation wellness. The students' journey begins shortly after a brief discussion of any joint pain, aches, stiffness, previous/current injuries and accidents. The sessions, along with smooth, soothing music at a comfortable sound level, help lower blood pressure, maintain focus and concentration and reduce anxiety. We will focus on the best practice for your needs!
I am available most evenings for after-work yoga sessions either at your place of business or home. ((SATURDAY appointments available)).
