Originally from France, I discovered yoga while living in Texas in 2005. I was hooked and decided to deepen my practice in 2009 when I got certified (200RYT-200 hour certification) by American Power Yoga. In January 2012, I took the next level of certification at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in New York and I am now a 500RYT yoga instructor.
I have been teaching since January 2010 leading group and private classes for all level practitioners (from beginner to advanced) helping them get to the next level and deepen their own practice.
I teach vinyasa flow, (basic to advanced) and restorative yoga. I also have a love for Ayurveda, a traditional medicine from India, which emphasizes re-establishing balance in the body through diet, lifestyle, exercise, and body cleansing.
During my classes the practitioner can expect to breathe a little deeper while moving safely from one pose to the next. The emphasis will be on proper alignment given with clear instructions but most importantly we will be working on what he/she wants to work on (strength, flexibility, stress release, injury )
My goal is to guide all levels practitioners toward a deeper physical
and breathing practice unifying mind, body and spirit.
