I am an Occupational Therapist and 200 hour RYT with Physiyoga Global training. Through personal experience, I have learned how postural habits, conditioned thinking, stress, and multiple other life influences can negatively affect mental, emotional and physical health. Fortunately, I have also learned how to use yoga practice to change some of these neuromuscular and mental patterns to lead to more optimal health. My goal as a yoga teacher is to share this information with students during asana practice.
