A full time English teacher, I have practised yoga for 15 years and qualified to teach yoga in 2014 after training with Swami Satvikananda Saraswati. I am influenced by the classical style of Satyanada yoga - a combination of asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation- that takes one closer to the true Self. I am passionate about yoga as a therapy for stress, anxiety and depression and channel this love in weekly sessions for school students and staff who will benefit from the practice.
