I've always been physically active, always testing my capabilities, pushing myself, my body to its limits. Power lifting, soccer, triathlons, half & full marathons, hiking Kiliminjaro, Machu Picchu, cycling through Tasmania. I feel the same when I'm on my yoga mat. Each time is different, recognizing some days I'm more open to explore my body limits and other days recognizing that my ego, fear, thoughts may be blocking me from going deeper into my practice.
