I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain.
Since a very young age I got involved in different Performing Arts; I studied Drama, Song and Dance and became a very important part of my life. I also studied Education and worked as a Drama & Dance Teacher for several years.
Nowadays, I make good use of everything I've learned when teaching kids and grown-ups.

Later on, Yoga came into my life by a beautiful chance, when I was living in Australia.
I completed my 200 Hours Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training in Melbourne and started working as a Yoga Teacher in Australia. After that, I completed my Kids Yoga Teacher Training with Marsha Wenig and The Radiant Child Yoga Program with Shakta Kaur Khalsa, as well as completing the Rainbow Kids Yoga Certification Training and soon after that, I became a Rainbow Kids Yoga International Trainer.

I spent six wonderful years workings as a Rainbow Kids Yoga Ambassador in Europe, traveling two to three weekends of every month, visiting so many cities in Europe and around the world, teaching in different countries and in different languages and meeting wonderful people from all over the world!

I also owned my own Yoga Studio in Madrid called YOGA&ARTE for almost a decade, where I was teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Dynamic styles of Yoga, as well as Yoga for Kids, Pregnancy Yoga and Mom&Baby Yoga.

I starred in a TV program in Spain, introducing the Yoga section and I am currently in the process of completing another project for Spanish TV that will be broadcasted soon!

I am also the creator of a Teacher Training program for school teachers, so they can teach Yoga in schools and share the benefits and joy of Yoga among many children all over the world.

Last year I've qualified as an Unnata Aerial Teacher Trainer and also completed a Thai Massage Expert training. I always keep learning new things and acquire new knowledge, so I can keep evolving and growing as a teacher and pass it on to my students.

All my passion for Yoga, Arts, Movement and Teaching is what I mostly want to share with my students - showing them how wonderful and unique they all are, respecting their individuality and supporting them in finding their own essence and their own happiness within.
