Years ago, there was a sense of panic was running my life. All of a sudden I was an anxious person who couldn't physically handle stress. It was shutting me down, literally. That was when I first started looking into meditation, which lead me to yoga.
This sequence and the lessons I've learned around it, gave me another doorway to walk through. One that didn't make me feel like a victim, but rather, part of the current moving me forward.
