Caz attended her first yoga class in 2009 after reading about the health benefits mindful practice can have on the body and mind.

She was hooked from the moment she stepped on a yoga mat and felt that empowering sense of ‘home’. This passion for yoga – and the sense of calm, progression, achievement and fun it encompasses – took Caz on an immersive journey to Rishikesh, India; the spiritual yoga capital of the world. Here, she completed an intensive 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training programme.

Sharing this privileged philosophy of yogic practice, Caz will lead you through the visual focus points, energy locks (channels) and breath control to maximise the benefits the postures in her creative sequences provide.

The classes will encourage you to discover the important connection between mind and body; to outshine the worth of any typical physical workout.

Caz particularly enjoys teaching private and small group sessions (upon request) and seeing the clients journey of progression and discovery in their own home. Excellent Teacher - really great class

Cazs yoga classes are brilliant. She is always friendly, always tailors classes to what the group needs/wants. Gives guidance on improving your position & gives alternatives if you have health issues. I always leave her classes feeling refreshed, energised & calm

Calming and energising yoga

I have recently had a baby and was desperate to get back into yoga so was delighted to be able to join Caz's yoga class. No matter how tired and stressed I feel beforehand, I come away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I've also had back problems that the yoga has really helped with, especially as Caz will tailor the class to specific needs you might have. It's always a great balance of challenging and soothing and I really like the fact that the class is different every week, based around a flow sequence, so you never get complacent about the poses you're doing. I have quite a lot of experience in yoga but Caz is really good at picking up when people might need extra help so it's completely suitable for mixed abilities.

Saturday yoga

I really look forward to the class. Kaz is a great teacher and always goes through each pose slowly and carefully so we know exactly what we should be doing, where to stand, where feet, arms etc need to be. We usually do a different routine each week which I like and which keeps it fresh. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling relaxed. As the weeks progress I look forward to doing more challenging routines.

After a yoga session with Caz I feel calm yet energized.She is a wonderful yoga teacher. I look forward to the class knowing that I shall come out renewed, with good spirits and an aligned body. I cannot recommend her enough. Caz's yoga sessions are very special....I am so lucky

A wonderfully sympathetic teacher

I am a total yoga novice and was a bit nervous at the beginning, but Caz was so sympathetic and knows just how much to push you so you feel the benefit. She has a lovely way about her and makes the sessions very
relaxing and comfortable and can tailor them to suit specific needs. I am always amazed how quickly the time passes in the class, which is testament to how well she conducts them. I always look forward to yoga and love how I am learning how to stretch and be still. It's both calming and invigorating.

Friendly, creative teaching

I go to Caz' flow class, and I love them. She is welcoming and friendly and makes you feel at ease and confident, regardless of your experience level. Her classes are always well thought out and creative, and never boring or repetitive. I always leave feeling both relaxed and energised. I'd thoroughly recommend her teaching to anyone!

Lovely teacher with a focus on practicing mindfully

I really enjoyed Caz's classes. She is a thoughtful and gentle teacher but her classes have the right degree of challenge if you are a more experienced practitioner. I was really sorry she had to stop her Brighton classes.

Fantastic inspiring teacher
