Caz attended her first yoga class in 2009 after reading about the health benefits mindful practice can have on the body and mind.
She was hooked from the moment she stepped on a yoga mat and felt that empowering sense of ‘home’. This passion for yoga – and the sense of calm, progression, achievement and fun it encompasses – took Caz on an immersive journey to Rishikesh, India; the spiritual yoga capital of the world. Here, she completed an intensive 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training programme.
Sharing this privileged philosophy of yogic practice, Caz will lead you through the visual focus points, energy locks (channels) and breath control to maximise the benefits the postures in her creative sequences provide.
The classes will encourage you to discover the important connection between mind and body; to outshine the worth of any typical physical workout.
Caz particularly enjoys teaching private and small group sessions (upon request) and seeing the clients journey of progression and discovery in their own home.
