I have been practising energy arts for more than twenty years, including yoga, aikido, Tai chi and Qi Gong. I became instructor last summer for the Yang Family Tai Chi Qi Gong 13 movements 5 elements Tai Chi Qi Gong. It is a short form which can be learnt within a few sessions and perfected during a life time!
